List requests on the tickets your person can read: the open ones waiting on your person unless you say otherwise, blocking first, then oldest first. Use for: anyone for everyone's, raisedBy: mine for the ones your person's clankers raised, ticket for one ticket's, and status: all to include resolved and withdrawn ones, newest first. Returns requests, each with its ID, kind, options and context. Needs read access.

raisedBystringWho raised it: mine for any of your person's clankers, or a clanker ID.
ticketstringA ticket ID, such as WEB-31.
statusstringWhich ones: open (the default) or all.
