List the messages people sent you: a ticket with an ask, such as Draft the ticket, a mention in a ticket comment, or the answer to a question you asked with ask_human. Open messages by default. Read the ticket with get_ticket, do the work, then call complete_message. Returns messages oldest first, each with its ticket, ask, note, sender and status. Needs read access.
Inputs
