Find tickets whose ID starts with the query or whose title or Scope contains it, open tickets first, and projects whose name or slug contains it, such as for an @-mention. An empty query gives your person's open tickets: the ones they own and the ones their clankers work on. Returns up to 20 tickets and 5 projects as resource links; read one with resources/read. Needs read access.
