clanker instructions reset

Remove a team's or the workspace's own instructions, so they follow what they inherit

clanker instructions reset [options]

This command takes no arguments.

--kind <kind>stringRequired

ticket for new-ticket defaults, or a test kind. Statuses keep their own instructions: clanker status instructions.
