# complete_onboarding_step

`tools/call` · `POST /clanker/v1/onboarding:complete-step`

Mark one of your person's onboarding steps done, such as install-plugin once the plugin runs. Finishing every step ends onboarding. Returns their onboarding. Needs write access.

- Area: Workspace
- Needs the write grant. Idempotent.

## Inputs

- `step` (string, one of: `install-plugin`, `sign-in`, `create-ticket`, `invite-team`, required): The step, such as install-plugin.
