# clanker status update

Rename a status, by its ID, or make it the default for new tickets

## Usage

```bash
clanker status update [options] <status>
```

## Arguments

- `<status>`: The status's ID, from clanker status list

## Options

- `--name <name>`: New name
- `--default`: Make it the default for new tickets
- `--workspace <slug>`: Workspace slug or id (default: the linked workspace)

## Examples

```bash
clanker status update b9a02a287ada41c3 --name "Planning"
```
