# clanker status create

Add a status to a team, or to the workspace template without --team

## Usage

```bash
clanker status create [options] <name>
```

## Arguments

- `<name>`: The status's name, up to 40 characters, such as In QA

## Options

- `--category <category>` (required): The status's category One of `backlog`, `plan`, `build`, `review`, `ship`, `done`, `canceled`.
- `--team <key>`: The team, such as WEB
- `--workspace <slug>`: Workspace slug or id (default: the linked workspace)

## Examples

```bash
clanker status create "In QA" --category review --team WEB
```
